1. Service provider and acceptance
PokerMap is the brand, supplier, and operator of the PokerMap software service. By accessing or using PokerMap, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Service description
PokerMap is software for managing in-person poker clubs and events. It includes tournament management, blind clocks, player and table management, cash game sessions, rankings, bar tabs, operational reports, and related tools.
PokerMap does not operate poker games, receive player stakes, hold prize funds, or organize gambling. Clubs remain solely responsible for their events and for compliance with applicable local laws.
3. Eligibility and accounts
Users must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and be legally able to enter into these Terms. Account holders are responsible for activity performed through their access.
4. Acceptable use
The service may not be used for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement of third-party rights, reverse engineering, abusive automation, unauthorized data extraction, or conduct that threatens the security or availability of PokerMap.
5. Intellectual property
The PokerMap brand, software, interfaces, documentation, and visual identity are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Users retain ownership of content they submit and grant PokerMap the permissions necessary to provide the service.
6. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid features are subject to the plan, price, billing period, renewal, and cancellation conditions displayed before purchase. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for international purchases and processes payment and billing information.
Monthly subscriptions may be canceled to prevent future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund a period already paid for. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy and is subject to mandatory consumer rights.
7. Availability and changes
PokerMap uses reasonable efforts to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, security events, third-party outages, or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect availability.
Features and technical limits may be changed to improve the service, preserve security, or meet legal and operational requirements.
8. Suspension and termination
PokerMap may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, legal requirements, security risks, fraud, non-payment, or abusive use. Users may stop using the service and cancel eligible subscriptions through the available billing channels.
9. Responsibility and disclaimer
PokerMap is an operational support tool. Clubs are responsible for reviewing values, tournament rules, registrations, prizes, ranking points, and financial information before relying on them or making distributions to participants.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PokerMap is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses caused by use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
10. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the PokerMap Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable data-protection law.
11. Updates
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version and its update date will remain available on this page.
12. Contact and governing law
Questions may be submitted through the official contact options available on the PokerMap website. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined under mandatory legal rules, including consumer-protection rules where relevant.
