Refund Policy

1. Payments through Paddle

Paddle is the Merchant of Record for international PokerMap purchases and processes payments, subscription billing, cancellations, and refunds related to those purchases.

2. Eligibility

Except where required by applicable law or approved by Paddle, payments are non-refundable. Canceling a subscription prevents future charges but does not automatically refund a billing period already paid for.

3. How to request a refund

Use the receipt or subscription-management links sent by Paddle, or visit Paddle Buyer Support at https://paddle.net. Include the email address used for the purchase and the relevant transaction details.

4. Processing and access

Paddle evaluates eligibility and, when a refund is approved, returns funds to the original payment method within the applicable processing time. Access to a refunded product or paid plan may be terminated.

5. Mandatory consumer rights

This policy does not limit cancellation, withdrawal, defective-product, or refund rights that applicable consumer law makes mandatory. Where mandatory rights provide greater protection, those rights prevail.
