1. Data controller

PokerMap, operating under the PokerMap brand, is the controller of personal data processed to provide the PokerMap software service. Privacy requests may be submitted through the official contact options available on this website.

2. Data we collect

We may process account and authentication data, profile information, club and tournament operational data, support communications, payment-related identifiers, device and browser information, security logs, and service-usage data. Paddle processes payment details for international purchases as Merchant of Record; PokerMap does not store full card details.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to provide and secure the contracted service, authenticate users, process requests, maintain records, prevent fraud, provide support, comply with legal obligations, exercise legal rights, and improve the platform. Processing relies on contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests, consent where required, and other bases available under applicable law.

4. Sharing and processors

Data may be shared with service providers needed for hosting, databases, authentication, payments, email, messaging, analytics, security, and customer support. These providers receive only the data needed for their role and are subject to appropriate safeguards. Data may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect rights and security.

5. International transfers

Because PokerMap and its providers operate internationally, data may be processed outside the user's country. Appropriate contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards are used where required.

6. Retention

Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. It is deleted or anonymized when no longer required, subject to applicable retention duties.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, users may request access, confirmation, correction, deletion, anonymization, restriction, portability, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent, or review of automated decisions. Requests are evaluated subject to identity verification and lawful exceptions.

8. Security

PokerMap uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, misuse, and unlawful processing. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Cookies and browser storage

PokerMap uses cookies, localStorage, and similar technologies for authentication, security, language and interface preferences, referral attribution, and service functionality. Non-essential storage can be controlled through the consent options presented on the website and through browser settings.

10. Updates and contact

This policy may be updated to reflect product, legal, or regulatory changes. The current version will be published on this page. Privacy questions and rights requests may be submitted through the official contact options available on the PokerMap website.
